The Marvellous Misadventures of Morag Mayes

Morag Mayes should have died years ago.

Left for dead after a raid that killed her parents and stole her younger sister, Morag clawed her way back to life and fled the island that had nothing left to give her. She built a crew from castaways and survivors. Runaways, addicts, smugglers, and lost souls. Together they learned how to live on the outside.

Calypso, half-siren who feels nothing where desire is supposed to burn. Rafiel, raised in a brothel and trained to kill, searching for an identity beyond the blade. And disgraced surgeon Kael Abrams, holding them together with secrets of his own.

“The barricade’s not going to hold,” Max said, shoving another table against the door. His voice was quieter, which meant he was terrified. Morag had known...
